To ensure equal access of all investors to published information, ACE has decided to introduce "close periods" for communication with analysts and investors. Two weeks before publication of the company's interim consolidated financial statements ACE will not hold any teleconferences and meetings with investors or analysts. We believe that this procedure will have a positive impact on our transparency.

Dividend Policy

The general dividend policy of ACE is to pay dividends at levels consistent with the growth and development plans, while maintaining a reasonable level of liquidity. The payment of any future dividends will depend on business prospects, future earnings, cash requirements and expansion plans of the ACE Group.
